During 2022/23 VA RAIL was asked to help Chiltern Railways to rapidly mobilise Chiltern Railways new National Rail Contract and develop their new Programme Management Directorate. This entailed evolving and the setting up of systems, people and processes within their Business Planning function to deliver their contractual obligations and commitments.
VA Rail also helped Chiltern prepare for their performance-based fee mechanisms built into their contract, and prepare for their annual business plan, alongside the development of their new business strategy.
