Caroline is a qualified People Specialist who has worked in several public and private Organisations with over 20 years’ extensive experience including Performance Management, Talent Management and Leadership, Team and Management Development.
Working with groups of people and individuals Caroline helps support Businesses to clarify their vision and to get their people focused and delivering effectively. Organisations she has worked with include Legal and General, Reuters and the BBC. As a trained executive coach, she has also provided individual business coaching to senior executives.
Since working with VA Rail, Caroline has supported the people aspect of franchise bids. She has also worked with other parts of the Rail industry to develop teams and individuals to deliver best practice and outstanding people performance in often changing and challenging environments.
